Long Buckby Rugby Football Club is aiming to recruit an enthusiastic and creative Head Coach to lead senior mens rugby for the 2026/27 season.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious coach who wants to play a key role in taking Long Buckby to the top of Counties 1 Midlands East (South) and increasing the number of senior players at the club.

The Head Coach will have a track record of coaching successful teams and an understanding of how to get the best of players and other coaching staff. They must be someone who can lead a positive culture and inspire others around them. The Head Coach will be given scope to build their own coaching team.

The Head Coach will be required to attend all coaching sessions and matches involved with the Clubs senior squad (training is on
Tuesday and Thursday evenings, match days are Saturdays with occasional midweek
games).
