Long Buckby 47 v Market Bosworth 31 - 30th Mar '19

Tries:  Andy Oliver x 3, Dave Allen, Tim Dixon, Sam Doran x 2

Cons: Dan McNally x 5, Alex Valentine

Supporters were treated to a try fest worthy of southern hemisphere Super Rugby. Both sides prioritised attack over defence and Andy Oliver racked up a 30 minute hat trick with the home side up 28 - 21 at half time. Buckby did well to cope with the loss of to playmaker, Macca to a potentially season ending injury as Alex Valentine stepped into fly half.

Buckby went on to win 47 - 31 and are now 7th in the league with Market Harborough and Oakham still to play. Time to finish the season with a flourish and build some confidence for a serious campaign next term
